By braiding together asana, pranayama, meditation, ritual and evidence-based methods into her teaching, Rosemary provides students with a platform for both inner exploration and communal participation. Her class is carefully sequenced, blending effort and grace to meet each student where they are at. Rosemary is passionate about anatomical alignment, engagement principles and creative prop usage to ensure structural integrity for every body.
She currently teaches weekly classes at Om Shanti Yoga School in Tequesta, Florida and offers private instruction in the South Florida area. Her offerings include flow, restorative, yin, meditation and pranayama.
She studied at Sky Ting in New York City under Krissy Jones and Chloe Kernaghan in their inaugural teacher training, completing her 200-hr RYT certification in 2017 and a 150-hour mentorship with Jenn Tardif of 3rd Ritual the same year. In 2018, she expanded her offerings to restorative yoga after training with Dr. Abby Paloma. Most recently, she has studied yin yoga with Lisa Luther. In addition to her RYT200 certification, she is a LoveYourBrain certified teacher.
Rosemary strives to teach research-backed techniques that provide students with tangible results and empower them to cultivate more ease and joy in life through self-study. She draws on tools and techniques from a variety of lineages and traditions, namely Katonah and Iyengar Yoga.
Outside of the studio, Rosemary is pursuing a Master's of Psychology at Harvard University with a special interest in neuropsychology.
